1. One-time purchases

Credits are sold as one-time packages. Because compute is consumed immediately on generation, used credits are non-refundable.

Requests for refunds of unused credits may be considered within 7 days of purchase, at our discretion, where no significant usage has occurred.

If you are charged in error or experience a duplicate charge, contact support and we will investigate and correct it promptly.
